The Watch Catalog is an affiliate site. We help you discover and compare watches and watch accessories, and all purchases are completed directly through Amazon or other third-party retailers. Because we do not sell or ship products ourselves, we do not process returns or issue refunds.
How to Return a Product
If you need to return an item, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase:
- Amazon purchases: Visit amazon.com/returns to start a return through your Amazon account. Amazon's standard return policy typically allows returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
- Other retailers: Please refer to the return policy of the retailer you purchased from. Return windows, conditions and processes vary by seller.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact the retailer directly. Amazon and most major retailers have dedicated support teams to assist with these situations.
